Appendix 2: Activities rewarded in the Loyalty Program

1. The loyalty program members are rewarded for the following activities:
   1. Purchase of services (transaction) – For every Fr1.00 spent on the purchase of services, the loyalty program member will receive 2 pts. The standard accrual rate for the purchase of services: Fr1.00 = 2 pts. Exceptions to the standard accrual rate have been listed in Appendix 4.
   2. Purchase of products (transaction) – For every Fr1.00 spent on the purchase of products, the loyalty program member will receive 1 pt.. The standard accrual rate for the purchase of services: Fr1.00 = 1 pt.. Exceptions to the standard accrual rate have been listed in Appendix 4.
   3. Successful referral - 200 pts (points are awarded both to the referring and the referred person).
